The breakfast was wonderful and included. The room was impressive with working amenities. The staff was outstandingly accommodating. The location in a downtown area was marvelous with stores and retailers nearby.

This venue is in a great location near the Riverside Walk, downtown area, restaurants, shopping, and riverside attractions, making it easy to find good places to eat nearby.

Easy location in an extra comfy area near to several fast food restaurants, a grocery store, a Starbucks, and a Target as well as excellent National Mississippi River Museum and Riverside Walk in Dubuque. Nearby Texas Roadhouse - great place to chill out.

The location here is excellent, very convenient and in a nice area, with a Chick-fil-A just a short walk away for some delicious takeout meals that I couldn't resist.

The staff at the hotel were outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvelous for walking around Kennedy Mall. It was really close to the marine museum, downtown, other restaurants, and a grocery store.

Great location close to good dining spots, delicious breakfast with fresh strawberries, waffles, and eggs, and the pool area is impeccably clean.

Cozy bed, clean bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and cable TV with on-demand movies in the room. Marvellous and easy location for visiting eateries and casinos.

This place is run by a family, and they serve up a delicious breakfast. The rooms here are really nice and super cozy. The staff members are all awesome and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. 💫

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The room was spacious and clean, leaving us feeling refreshed. The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We were charged an extra $35.00 on our card and do not know why. There was nothing on Booked.net that explained there would be this charge. That made the night $185.

Great location, quiet, clean and great breakfast

This amazing hotel is conveniently located near great dining options, has spacious modern rooms with two queen beds that I really liked, and offers excellent service.

It was also a short drive to downtown Dubuque and the historic town of Galena, IL. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a great selection, including delicious coffee. if I'm in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

There's a wide selection of breakfast options, the staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful, and the location is convenient for travel.
